1) Roll Like A Ball
Hi, it’s Nicole Brandon, your fitness expert, and yes, you can have the body of your dreams even when you’re watching television. There are five great exercises. I’m going to show you how. The first exercise is a famous Pilates exercise. It is called roll like a ball. It’s one of the most fun exercises you can do. Where you are literally rolling backwards and rolling forwards. You keep your knees in and your chin down. You roll back, and just like you have a string here in between your eyes and you’re pulling up. So you roll back, you pull up. To learn the exercise is super cool because I always teach the exercise in front of your couch, so it’s great when you’re watching TV. All you do is roll back, and you roll forward. And you roll back, and you roll forward. You are training those core muscles to lift up, to lift up, to lift up so you will be ripped and have the body of your dreams.

Yes, so we’re going to get off the couch, yes, and we’re going to lean back. This feels so good. So if you watch any of my exercises, you see me do lots of exercises with the ball. Today we’re going to talk about a round pillow. Yes, you can use a round pillow. You can buy these anywhere you can make one. They’re super fun. And you’re going to roll it, and you’re going to stretch. And you’re going to roll it, and you’re going to stretch. And you’re going to go oh my god this feels so good. And you’re going to roll it, and you’re going to stretch. You’re going to roll forward, and you’re going to stretch. You’re going to be able to elongate those thighs, elongate the back, work your waist. Create and craft the body of your dreams like that.
5) Chair Exercises
For today’s tip, we’re going to talk about standing up. Absolutely stand up! So first off, how do you stand up? You want to make sure you stand up using the point right here between your two eyes and your chest to stand up so there’s no pressure on your back. You want to use those core muscles, so simply standing is exercising and making you fit. Then, if you want to grab a chair or even the back of your couch, you want to do some exercises. So if you’re standing here you press your heel forward put the little toe back. Heel forward put the little toe back. That’s firming your thighs. Middle toe out, heel in, middle toe out heel in just like you’re a ballet dancer. You want to work those outer thighs. Little toe back, heel in Little toe back, heel in. Firm and shape that butt. If you’re doing leg lifts, you’re firming and shaping your butt. So just grab the back of your couch, grab the back of a chair and you can have the body of your dreams while watching TV.
